⚽️❤️🖤 U12s IN ACTION 🖤❤️⚽️

Our U12s were back in action tonight, taking on a strong Walney U11 side in some tough Walney conditions! 🌬️💨

The wind made for some really challenging football, but the boys battled hard, kept working and gave everything right until that final whistle! 👏🏻💪🏻

A massive well done to Joseph, who bagged his first goal for the team tonight! 🙌🏻 It’s been coming in recent games and tonight he finally delivered! ⚽️🔥
Well done, Joseph! 👏🏻❤️🖤

🏆🧤 POTM – ABDUL 🧤🏆

WOW… what a performance from Abdul! 🤩

Abdul played the whole game in goals and pulled off some absolutely stunning saves to deny the opposition some great goal-scoring opportunities! 🙌🏻🔥

⚽️❤️🖤 U12s | FIRST LEAGUE GAME 🖤❤️⚽️

Our U12 Islanders were back in league action this morning as they travelled to Hawcoat for their first league game of the season.

It was always going to be a difficult start with some tired legs following last night’s Walk2Remember 🚶🏻‍♂️💪🏻, but the lads gave it their all and kept battling right until the final whistle.

👏🏻 Well done to Hawcoat, who played with real intensity throughout the game and deservedly took all three points.

⚽️ Well done to Jax, who grabbed our only goal of the game today! 👏🏻❤️🖤

🌟 PLAYER OF THE MATCH — JOSEPH 🌟

A special mention to Joseph, who despite walking 10 miles last night as part of Walk2Remember, put in a fantastic shift in the middle of the park. 💪🏻

He worked tirelessly throughout the game and showed great strength in a number of 1v1 battles, never giving up and constantly putting in the effort for his team. 👌🏼

👏🏻 Well done, Joseph — thoroughly deserved!

A tough one to start the season, but plenty to build on. ❤️🖤

Keep working, keep battling, Islanders! ⚽️💪🏻

⚽🔴⚫️ PRE-SEASON CONTINUES FOR THE U12s! ⚫️🔴⚽

Pre-season continued tonight for the U12s as they faced a well-drilled Hawcoat Park side. 💪🏻

The game started off a little slow, but the boys soon settled into their rhythm. Some fantastic play through midfield, great passing and some brilliant build-up play saw us find the back of the net and seal another pre-season win! 🔥⚽

🧤 Shoutout to Ted!
His diving was on point tonight! His shot-stopping and ball handling have improved massively over the last few weeks, and it’s brilliant to see the hard work paying off. 👏🏻

Congratulations to Lukey, who tonight completed himself a hat-trick of hat-tricks! 👌🏼🔥 Absolutely brilliant!

Player of the Match goes to...

🌟 JAX! 🌟

Jax’s physicality, passing and ability to read the game were brilliant tonight. He topped off a fantastic performance by finding the back of the net twice! Jax's deserving POM win came from being nominated by his teammates 👏🏻⚽

Another great run-out for the boys as pre-season continues! ❤️🖤

Well done lads! 💪🏻🔥
