Leave the leaves, and you get to watch your bulbs and perennials break through, your w**d seeds suffocate below the mat of leaves (where fireflies, salamanders and their friends hatch), and your attention go to more meaningful projects in the garden (or perhaps making some rhubarb pie or wine 🥧🥂). Lawns can be fussier, so I mulch the leaves in place when I mow and they build topsoil there too.

One last hoorah!! Open 10-2 on Sat 27 April 💚

We've sorted out the last of our stock and pulled more hidden treasures from the basement. Please join us for one last Saturday before we hand the keys back to 74 Holton Road on Monday.

We're very well stocked with spices, clip top jars, culinary salts, dried fruit, nuts, some pulses, pasta and muesli. All bagged up at bargain prices and ready to go! We've also got furniture, garage racking, Kallax units and billy bookcases looking for new homes starting at a fiver!

We've moved so much stuff this week, working alongside other social enterprises, charities and amazing community organisations to pass on our lovely dispensers, furniture and bits and bobs. Huge thanks to everyone who has volunteered, sent lovely messages and put up with Amy's mood swings while we do the last few bits!

We are two individuals with a passion for creativity and the environment, we produce high quality handcrafted decor for all occasions. Naturally, people are becoming more concerned about our environment as are we, therefore we created “Paperwoodecor” our recently established, eco-friendly decor initiative in the war against plastics. Most of the materials we use are sourced locally and sustainably foraged from nearby beaches and woodland. We don’t use materials that are harmful to the environment and are fortunate to be located near the Vale of Glamorgan heritage coast which has the second highest tidal range in the world after the Bay of Fundy in Canada blessing us with some awesome driftwood. One of the many benefits of purchasing from us is you can play your part in protecting the planet and it doesn’t cost the earth!
