I’ve been a little quiet on here over the summer as it’s been a wonderfully busy one! 🤍
There have been some fabulous fabrics across my workroom table lately, and lots of beautiful curtains and blinds are now in their forever homes. 🪡✨
I also managed to take a few days away last weekend to West Wales to support my daughter as she took on an Ironman — such an incredible achievement and a very proud mum moment! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️❤️
Now it’s back to the workroom, with lots of projects to share with you and if you’re thinking about changing your curtains or blinds, please do get in touch. I’d love to help.
Thank you, as always, for keeping me so busy. 🥰

This morning’s fitting... 🤍
Relaxed linen curtains with a beautiful cottage heading, hung on a wrought iron pole with a recessed Roman blind for a soft, timeless finish. The natural texture of the linen adds warmth and effortless elegance, complementing the character of the room.
Simple, classic, and beautifully understated. ✨ Happy Weekend!

I love how these wave interlined curtains have finished off this lounge. The beautiful neutral print from Romo adds just the right amount of texture, while complementing the warm timber features perfectly. A simple, timeless look that will suit this space for years to come.

Why, oh why, did I start this?! 🤦‍♀️😂
I thought I’d have a quick tidy of the workroom before starting my next project... and somehow it’s turned into this! 😳
Apparently, it has to get worse before it gets better... right? Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s ever started “just a quick clean” and created complete chaos! 😂
Wish me luck... I may be some time! 🧵✂️🪡

Lots of roman blinds going out at the moment. These blinds were fitted a few weeks ago to a returning customer, all neutrals but lots of texture. In the lounge I replaced the existing recessed blind with a voile roman blind to add some privacy and fitted a new roman blind outside the window. 💕

Sorry for the radio silence here, I’ve been so busy in the workroom and with family. I’ve got lots to post but this was the highlight of last week, a family wedding 💕

Even in summer, curtains can add a beautiful softness and sense of cosiness to a room. ☀️✨
Voiles are the perfect choice bringing privacy while keeping your space light, bright, and airy. Their delicate texture softens a room’s look and feel, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They also help to diffuse harsh sunlight reducing glare and helping to keep your room cool and comfortable throughout the day.

Yesterdays first fitting of the week, a linen roman blind. It’s always lovely when clients return, I’ve worked for this lovely lady for many years. 🥰
