Wootton📍 Project- Part Two As Promised!

The dining room and snug were completed this time round in Aspire Elite Parquet LVT in
“Country Oak”. With a 5mm wide black feature strip enhancing the double blocked traditional border work.

We ground the subfloor where necessary, used plenty of bags of smoothing compound, and added the safety net of an epoxy resin damp proof membrane in the middle. Keeping moisture at bay from underneath.

In Scunthorpe, we recently had the pleasure of giving a lovely family, this gorgeous bespoke parquet floor.

A single plank border, with a 5mm Black Marquetry strip. All laid into High Temperature Adhesive.

In Goxhill this week, we’ve installed, Karndean Art Select, a real genuine pleasure to install. Just sheer quality at its finest. Super realistic embossing and plank prints, and bevelled all round, giving a great impersonation of a traditional solid oak floor.

We ground the subfloor back to a porous substrate, then latexed with smoothing compound to give a perfect base, ready for installing the “Art Select” LVT to.

Leaving our client very happy with their gorgeous and extremely hard wearing, new floor.
