This weekend they have an amazing opening treat for any Disney fans. Activities plus meet and greets with Moana and Maui with great photo opportunities 🫶

🍕🎨 OUR VERY FIRST Pizza & Pottery Painting Night… and WOW, what a night! 😍✨

Who knew two of life’s greatest joys could be such a perfect match? Freshly made pizza 🍕 and pottery painting 🎨 = the ultimate feel-good evening!

A huge thank you to our lovely neighbours for providing the most delicious freshly made pizzas for everyone to enjoy while they got creative with their pottery pieces. The studio was filled with laughter, chatter, creativity and plenty of cheesy goodness! 🫶

The verdict? A MASSIVE hit! 💥

We loved seeing everyone relax, unwind, get creative and enjoy a fun evening with friends, family and fellow crafters. It was such a fantastic atmosphere that we’re already dreaming up more pottery and food combinations for future events. 👀

So… if you missed out this time, keep your eyes peeled because this may just be the start of something very tasty! 😋🎨🍕

Awe, I love you too 😁

Now I know this wasn’t painted for me, but when I unloaded the kiln the other day and saw this it just made me smile. Knowing this has been hand painted for someone is just so lovely.

In fact all your pieces make us smile as we sometimes remember when they were painted, the lovely conversations we had with you during your visit and just making memories together.

Pure joy and something that you just can’t buy in the shops, it’s yours, it’s personal, no piece is the same.

Work doesn’t begin at 10am for a pottery studio owner….

I was in just before 8am this morning, Jane the kiln was too hot to open so I cracked on with glazing. Listening to the rain in the container sheer bliss 🤗

Did you know the paints you use are glazes, we call them paints for ease, but they are actually specialist paints which means they are suitable to go in the kiln and why your items come out all shiny

Why do we dip your pieces in glaze then? Yes we could technically put your painted items straight into the kiln, but by dip glazing it just gives that extra coat of shine plus if there are any white bits we’ve got them covered 😊

When children paint pottery, they don’t see mistakes. They see imagination, adventure, creativity and FUN.

As parents, it can be so tempting to straighten a line, suggest a different colour or “help” a little. But the magic happens when they create it their way. 🌈

That wonky smile, those unexpected colours, the random dots and splodges… they’re all part of their story. They’re a snapshot of who they are right now.

Will every piece fit perfectly with your home décor? Probably not. 😆

But every piece tells a story:
✨ The day you spent together
✨ The giggles you shared
✨ The confidence they gained
✨ The pride they felt creating something all by themselves

Display it proudly. Pop it on a shelf. Put it next to their next creation and watch their confidence, creativity and skills grow over time.

Customer appreciation 🙏

With the 6 weeks holidays almost coming to an end, can’t believe I’m saying that already, we would just like to say a huge thank you to all that have visited us so far.

One thing this industry has taught me is just how unpredictable it can be. Normally the start of the holidays are quiet as you all settle into the holidays, but this year it was busy, manic on some of the first few Mondays 😍

I had to do an unscheduled pottery order the other week just to get the shelves topped up again.

We have some Halloween and Christmas items hitting the shelves now so you can start getting organised as we head into what is always the busiest time of year September to December.

Book online to guarantee your table. The £5 deposit gets deducted from your final bill, please note it doesn’t cover everyone painting.😊

Thank you again for your constant support of our small family business, it really does mean a lot 😘
