🌱 Nearly 12 years ago now a seed was sown. Both literally and metaphorically.

🪴 I started a journey as a ‘Mum of Two’ in 2014 and the nurturing spirit spread to the garden.

💐 Gardening acted as a type of therapy for me during that time and the results were LOTS of Flowers.

💚I wanted to spread the floral joy to others so the tiny pop up camping table arrived by the gate selling £1 jars of blooms.

😃 Seeing peoples happy reaction to my homegrown flowers was so rewarding. I kept growing, the table got bigger as did the bunches.

📖 That’s a brief history of how ‘Flowers by the Gate’ started and has grown.
It’s never and easy journey but I wouldn’t want to do anything else. Thanks to you all for your support xx

🏡 I’m so lucky to have some space in my parent’s gorgeous garden for growing.

☕️The perfect spot for coffee when dashing in and out to do planting between heavy rain showers.

🚿 I’ve got soaked so many times this week whilst trying to get the last annuals planted.
It will all be worth it when we have Dahlias, Zinnias and Sunflowers in late summer.
