So 2026 is the year the dream becomes a reality .im finally going to use my degree in Interior design . Come follow me as I embark on an adventure with my dear friend Joelle as we start to shape a new business. We are combining travelling with buying from local makers . They benefit from us as we are buying at source for a fair price. We have already started building relationships with our Kenyan and Moroccan friends. So these little sewing books were a roaring success at the BTP craft market. I have a couple of blue and dusty pink Japanese cotton sewing books left, as well a few of the Heals Progression sewing books. The perfect Christmas gift for someone who loves to sew and make. Popped to Bath farmers market and picked up some fabourite snacks from Mezzemore. Gorgeous couple producing gorgeous food, will always be our first choice. Wholesale ordering, events and catering available, guess that’s my Christmas party sorted!

Is anyone else thinking Christmas yet? I never have enough seats so I’ve upholstered these little stools in the iconic ‘Hollyhocks’ fabric by House of Hackney . Anyone that follows me knows I popped along to the sample sale last week always on the look out for beautiful fabrics that can be used no matter how small. I managed to pick a very popular and joyous fabric and have managed to upholster two stools I had at home . So delighted to use existing furniture and an off cut of gorgeous fabric ready for my extra guests that will pop in over the holiday season.
