💜 OVERDOSE AWARENESS DAY 31st August 2026 - STILL NEEDED 💜

These T-shirts were created for MINDS of Recovery to wear tomorrow for International Overdose Awareness Day.

Tomorrow marks 25 years, and this year’s theme - STILL NEEDED - couldn’t be more fitting.

25 years later, awareness is still needed.
Compassion is still needed.
Support is still needed.
Change is still needed.
And most importantly, remembering is still needed.

Behind every statistic was a person- someone’s son, daughter, mum, dad, partner, sibling or friend. A life that mattered 🫶🏼

Tomorrow, we come together to remember every light that went out too soon, to stand with those who carry their loss, and to continue challenging the stigma surrounding overdose and addiction ❤️‍🩹

“Who cares if one more light goes out?
I DO!!”
