A few people have asked what stitch I was working on the other day. So it’s the crochet waffle stitch, which you can also replicate with knitting. It’s such a beautiful stitch and makes for a lovely squishy texture. Got to say it’s my latest obsession and great to do whilst watching the football 😂. Yes I have made a few blankets over the last couple of weeks 😳🧶😳

Who said that baby 4ply yarn had to be boring? New in is this lovely new colour called sage from the ever popular King Cole Yarns & Patterns cherished 4ply range. I don’t think the picture really does the colour any real justice. I know 4ply yarn is not everyone’s cup of tea, but this works up lovely and has a wonderful stitch definition whether you knit or crochet 🧶. Think I will be definitely giving this a little try 🧶🥰🧶
