APPROVED! 🎉 Two-storey side extension to an end terrace property in Milngavie.

We had pre-application discussions with EDC on this one, which were worth their weight in gold, as the application has sailed through Planning.

The clients have selected beautiful Russwood Scotlarch for the cladding, and I think it’s going to be a fabulous addition to this family home. 🏡

A visit this morning to this beautiful bungalow extension project in Bearsden. We're almost at the completion stage, but couldn't wait to give you a little peek at what's been created. The Clients have done a fabulous job in making the spaces homely so quickly. A delight to visit today, and look forward to getting some professional photos of the finished job in due course.

Delighted to have Planning approval granted today for this two storey extension in East Dunbartonshire. The plans will create a practical boots/kit store at ground floor and make the typical John Lawrence box room become a useable double bedroom.

It's been a joy working with these Clients on ideas for the boot room - a few precedents from on images 2-4.

Look forward to seeing this one take shape.

Recently I shared external shots of a superbly executed Bearsden extension — and the inside is just as beautifully fitted out.

Natural light pours in from every angle, flooding the snug and filtering through to the dreamy family kitchen. A huge picture window, rooflights and Crittall bi-fold doors (opening out onto the terraced garden). Love it when a plan comes together ✨

A lovely site visit yesterday to see Phase 1 of this Bearsden extension almost* complete.

The rear single-storey addition delivers an open-plan kitchen / dining / family space — a real client dream.

The last loose ends have been tied up and the office is now closed for Christmas. 🎄

2025 has been another busy and interesting year, with four projects due to reach completion early in 2026.

My New Year’s resolution? To share more images here so you can see the changes people have made to enhance their homes.

Wishing a very Merry Christmas to Clients, Contractors, and Suppliers—I’m looking forward to seeing what the new year brings. ✨
