PICTURE FRAMER – FULL-TIME
EasyFrame is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our busy picture-framing team in Kempston, Bedford.
Initial duties will include:
• Cutting and preparing framing materials
• Assembling picture frames
• Packing completed orders
• Receiving and moving materials
• Keeping the workplace clean, tidy and safe
• Occasionally delivering and collecting goods
Previous picture-framing or production experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to learn all aspects of picture framing.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be practical and comfortable using tools and machinery
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Be physically capable of handling framing materials and packed orders, with reasonable adjustments where required
• Preferably hold a full UK driving licence and meet our company van insurer’s requirements if undertaking deliveries
This is a full-time position with an initial three-month probationary period, based at our premises in Kempston.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am–4:00pm
Saturday Optional: 9:00am–12:00pm (optional and paid at the overtime rate)
Additional overtime may be available during busy periods.
