kicking off the week with our Coastal Home Project 🙂
Our clients for this beautiful Coastal home set us the brief of creating a laid back, luxurious home which was sophisticated and elegant, yet one which was still suitable for a young and energetic family.
Quiet tones, refined textures and elegant finishes help to create an understated luxury which is both sophisticated and timeless. A cohesive and considerate design approach with an elegant aesthetic fulfils our client’s brief. We designed all the built-in joinery, also all the upholstery and case goods for this project with our client’s young children in mind, making sure that the furniture in the main family spaces had soft corners, avoiding sharp edges and used performance, easy to clean fabrics and rugs.

We worked with our client and their contractor from breaking off ground on this stunning family home, seeing the project through from initial design sketches through to turn-key completion and handover.

Looking back at the FF&E installation and all of the finishing touches for our ‘Lough Shore House’ project which was awarded ‘Best Design project of 2024’ at the Awards.

It’s always exciting and stressful as we near the completion date of any project, but it’s certainly the most enjoyable part of the process as we finally get to see our custom designs and all the beautiful products that we have sourced for months being installed. It takes a brilliant team, from the contractor to designers and installers to transform plans and drawings into the beautiful interiors they were intended to be, but seeing the designs and our vision coming to life is always the best part🥰

Kicking off the week with this beautiful holiday home designed for one of our lovely clients. A relaxed Mediterranean aesthetic perfect for those sun filled days ☀️
For this project, we used a soft colour palette of ecrus, ochres, cinnamon and contrasting dark oaks for depth and to create a series of laid back and relaxing spaces which are just perfect for this beautiful holiday home on the southern coast of Portugal.

A little glimpse into this elegant Study in one of our current projects which is nearing completion.

We believe that workspaces don’t have to be purely functional, in fact they are more effective when designed with beauty in mind, as showcased beautifully by the stunning Study space in one of our Monaghan projects.
The key when designing this space was to elevate the space through the use of exquisite materials, combining the depth of rich woods and translucent stones with beautiful fabrics and metal accents.

Featured is our Art Deco inspired desk, designed by our studio and beautifully handcrafted in Burl Walnut veneer, faux shagreen leather and brushed brass inlays. An eye catching bespoke chair seats in the corner upholstered in a beautiful fabric with enchanting oriental motifs, also reminiscent of the ‘Orientalism’ of Art Deco era, defined by exotic woods and design motifs.

Landing spaces are often forgotten or overlooked but they can also be the perfect places to create calming pockets of space within your home. This stylish landing acts as a cocooning and elegant reading nook surrounded by the properties beautifully matured gardens, and we love it! ✨

Layering luxury in this beautiful contemporary scheme in Co Monaghan

Wrapping up the week with a look into the kitchen in our Malahide project in Dublin, a collaboration with kitchens. An elegant scheme built on earthy hues of cinnamon and rusty orange, sea foam green, steel blue and slaked lime white - Truly chic, calm, considered and quietly functional, a space designed for contemporary living.

A sneak peek at some of the professional shots of one of our recently completed Malone Projects.

This project holds a special place in our hearts as we were involved with the design process right from first principles. A stunning contemporary extension added to the rear of an elegant ‘Arts and Crafts’ home in the heart of the Malone Conservation area and designed in collaboration with , Belfast. Working closely with our clients, we also designed the kitchen concept and all the joinery packages for this wonderful family home.

An understated and timeless scheme of soft olive, chalky whites pared with warm oaks, bronze and brushed brass metal accents. Our aim was for a contemporary piece of design that balanced warmth and comfort, along with light and practicality for busy family life.
