Sneak peek of our latest South Belfast Project.✨
A stunning contemporary extension added to the rear of an elegant ‘Arts and Crafts’ home in the heart of the Malone Conservation area and designed in collaboration with , Belfast. Working closely with our clients, we also designed the kitchen concept and all the joinery packages for this wonderful family home.
Warm oaks are complemented by bronze metal finishes and beautiful brushed brass elements, while stylish light features grace the open plan living and kitchen spaces.✨

Nestled on the shores of Carlingford Lough, this stunning contemporary property was a dream to work on. 
We were appointed from the very early stages of the project, before ground was broken and worked closely with our clients, architect and contractor to create a dream forever home for our lovely clients. 
The brief was to not replicate the usual contemporary white box, rather a home that marries contemporary architecture with luxurious and elegant interiors which reflected the owners personalities and lifestyle. 
It was a pleasure to work with our clients who gave us total  creative freedom to craft a home that radiates allure, opulence and elegance. 
As a response to the properties location and encompassing principles of balance, interest, and unity, we drew our inspiration from the captivating surroundings of Carlingford Lough, with subtle nods to the beachside location without being overly themed.
Each and every detail across this project was meticulously curated, embedding deep dedication to excellence and a relentless pursuit of perfection. Only the most exceptional pieces were chosen showing our constant commitment to quality and excellence, setting the stage for a narrative of contemporary luxury and refined aesthetics. Certainly this impactful, bold design makes for a memorable home.

kicking off the week with our Coastal Home Project 🙂
Our clients for this beautiful Coastal home set us the brief of creating a laid back, luxurious home which was sophisticated and elegant, yet one which was still suitable for a young and energetic family.
Quiet tones, refined textures and elegant finishes help to create an understated luxury which is both sophisticated and timeless. A cohesive and considerate design approach with an elegant aesthetic fulfils our client’s brief. We designed all the built-in joinery, also all the upholstery and case goods for this project with our client’s young children in mind, making sure that the furniture in the main family spaces had soft corners, avoiding sharp edges and used performance, easy to clean fabrics and rugs.

We worked with our client and their contractor from breaking off ground on this stunning family home, seeing the project through from initial design sketches through to turn-key completion and handover.

Looking back at the FF&E installation and all of the finishing touches for our ‘Lough Shore House’ project which was awarded ‘Best Design project of 2024’ at the Awards.

It’s always exciting and stressful as we near the completion date of any project, but it’s certainly the most enjoyable part of the process as we finally get to see our custom designs and all the beautiful products that we have sourced for months being installed. It takes a brilliant team, from the contractor to designers and installers to transform plans and drawings into the beautiful interiors they were intended to be, but seeing the designs and our vision coming to life is always the best part🥰

A little glimpse into this elegant Study in one of our current projects which is nearing completion.

We believe that workspaces don’t have to be purely functional, in fact they are more effective when designed with beauty in mind, as showcased beautifully by the stunning Study space in one of our Monaghan projects.
The key when designing this space was to elevate the space through the use of exquisite materials, combining the depth of rich woods and translucent stones with beautiful fabrics and metal accents.

Featured is our Art Deco inspired desk, designed by our studio and beautifully handcrafted in Burl Walnut veneer, faux shagreen leather and brushed brass inlays. An eye catching bespoke chair seats in the corner upholstered in a beautiful fabric with enchanting oriental motifs, also reminiscent of the ‘Orientalism’ of Art Deco era, defined by exotic woods and design motifs.
