So, after a longer than planned hiatus from the workshop I'm back!

This summer I decided to have a mass clear out and reorganise the workshop so I could work more efficiently. Now that's concluded, I've resumed creating again!

Lately I've been working on merging two hobbies of mine: woodworking and board gaming. I'm happy to introduce the ultimate player board! Complete with card holders, token holders and dazzling looks which really makes your play space pop!

This is made using hand held tools and finished with a blue wood dye. Great fun to make and I can no longer play my games without it!

I love making things with lots of colour!

For Annie's first Christmas I made her some rainbow stacking blocks, for the next Christmas I made a wooden rainbow. She still plays with them five years on.

Watching paint dry isn't fun, but seeing this array of colours on something that I've made brings me great pleasure.
