Kaleidescape is the choice for many movie enthusiasts (and TV series too), so we were pleased to supply and set up a new 22TB Terra and Strato C combination for a client, making sure the bluray archiving was working with an external bluray reader.

Did you know we design and install cinemas too. Whilst this cinema may look fairly basic, all the design is completed behind the fabric so that the sound and picture are optimised. Minimal distractions are a must (the first LED channels are away from the client's main FOV), focusing the viewers on the picture and maximising the contrast of the projector, and hiding the 9.4.6 speaker system.

At HQ we have been hitting a bottleneck with our broadband, so have been looking at our options, and luckily enough full fibre has been running out in the local area, so we chose and have gone from around 40mb to over 600mb wireless and over 900mb wired😲

People often talk about calibration, but to complete a proper calibration involves more than a disc. We will be measuring thousands of points, with £'000s of meters and pattern generators to make sure we understand the display's capabilities.
