As part of the wider 1,400-unit Rochester Riverside development, we are nearing completion on Phase 7 for Vistry Group - a 154-unit phase delivered in just over 100 days on site (July ‘25 - January ‘26).

During this phase we installed:
6,500m2 Ardex CL
3,000m2 STS Elegance Essentials
2,000m2 Karndean Knight Tile
1,000m2 Abingdon Soft Shades
1,500m2 Heckmondwike Supacord
650 lin.m Genesis stair nosing’s

A fantastic effort following a high-paced programme.

Huge credit to our supervisor, fitting teams, and supply chain partners for consistently delivering to a high standard under the expectations of a strong project team.

A big thanks to Vistry for the opportunity to play our part in the successful delivery to Hyde.
