Staircase Sanding and Varnish in Bexhill this week. After removing the old carpet we discovered solid wood. It had seen better days but with a heavy sand and 2 finer sands we removed the old paint and stain. We now could see what was needed was a few gaps filled, 2 slithers installed and 3 coats of varnish inc primer. Leaving this staircase another lifetime of use.
