Join me in Austin, Texas in 2026🔥

After the success of my recent Texas BBQ tours - In February and October/November 2026 I’ll be hosting and guiding a small group of people around the Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Lockhart & San Antonio areas. Visiting some of THE best BBQ joints the state has to offer.

What’s included;
- Daily hotel pickups/drop offs and all on the ground travel during the tour
- Daily BBQ tours
- Lunch including ‘skip the line’, Pit tours and meet the pit-master at 4 top BBQ joints
- At least 4 additional BBQ joints to visit
- Day trips from Austin to DFW, San Antonio & Lockhart including the obligatory Texas road-trip stops
- Small group tour of 6 BBQ enthusiasts + me

The tour starts and ends in Austin. Flights, accommodation and airport transfers are left to you.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS ‼️ Smoked and butter-bathed turkey breast - only £65

These were extremely well received last year - perfectly seasoned and absolutely no waste!

collect from Bicester, Oxfordshire between 22nd and 24th of December. Breasts will be fully smoked, vacuum sealed and chilled ready for you to reheat on the big day.

That’s a wrap on my October 2025 hand-curated Texas BBQ Tour! 🥩 🔥

These tours have been excellent. Getting to take a group of BBQ-freaks around the Central and North Texas areas, visiting some of the best the state (and therefore the world) has to offer.

We road-tripped around 500 miles of Highway, visited some of the oldest and newest BBQ restaurants in Texas, had face time and pit tours with some of the best pitmasters in the business, skipped a few lines and ate ALOT of smoked meats and sides.

Huge thank you to those restaurants and their people involved and a massive thank’s to the guys on this trip for making it a great time.
