A recent flooring transformation completed for both the kitchen and dining room ✔️

The kitchen was fitted with HarlemTex Clayton Stone vinyl, giving a clean, modern finish that’s both practical and hard-wearing for everyday use.

The dining room was completed using Essentials WarmOak herringbone effect vinyl, adding warmth, style, and the classic look of wood flooring with the comfort and durability of vinyl.

Both areas were installed onto a professionally prepared sub-floor using an underlayment screed to ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish throughout.

This wetroom was finished using Altro Pisces Porthole safety flooring, professionally installed with 100mm coved skirting to seamlessly wrap the vinyl up the walls for a clean, fully waterproof finish.

The installation included correct tile tapping preparation, heat welded corners, and fitting onto the properly prepared formed tray and drainage system designed specifically for vinyl flooring applications — ensuring both durability and long-term performance.

We recently installed Ganges 33 Bathstone to the stairs and landing, complete with brand new grippers and high-quality underlay for added comfort and durability. This colour choice works perfectly in the space — fresh, modern, and hard-wearing 👌

For the entrance, we installed Karndean Van Gogh Wellington Oak, fitted over a plywood and underlayment screeded sub-floor to ensure a perfectly smooth and long-lasting finish. The warm oak tones really make the space feel welcoming while providing a tough, practical surface for a high-traffic area.
