A before and afters
This week Bideford Joinery has swapping out some old drafty French doors with single glazing for a small bifold system of 2 doors going 1 way. made in Idigbo and finished with a spray Oakwood stain.

Victorian style front door made in Iroko fitted with aged brass furniture and finished in a black gloss spray finish.
The large mouldings really set this door apart along with the single raised bottom panel.

🎨🎨its all about the finish 🎨🎨
This is the first full house of 10 windows, 2 patio door and a front door made in Iroko, finished with Bideford Joinerys new spray booth.
Finish with Remmers Translucent stain in Oakwood and and front door in Remmers paint colour velvet touch.
It's great to work with fantastic companies that help you achieve, not just sell a product.

Arched Woodworking takes more time, skill, and risk, but the enjoyment of making something that is taxing to produce is what bespoke joinery is all about!
This is a double glazed Tudor arch window in Idigbo and arched double skinned and insulated TGV door.
Using the traditional style and techniques to keep the look, but with rubber seals and double glazing.
Bideford Joinery is here to "keep the character, not the cold"!

40 years in the making!
This door encapsulates 3 stain glass panes saved from my customs parents' house 40 years ago. Then moved form loft to loft over the years finally to find a new home.
This Iroko front door is made with a warm insulated core with TGV boarding inside and out. Double glazed units and beads to hold the old stain glass. It's finished with 316 stainless steel furniture and a natural oak spray finishe

This 4 side planner should considerably decrease the time taken to plane all 4 sides of sections used for Bideford Joinerys doors, windows and staircase. With high speed cutters and processing speeds we will be much more efficient on planning large quantities such as skirting boards and PAR cutting lists.
