🍋 Steamed Lemon Cake 🍋

Super quick and easy to mix

1. Grind sugar and lemon zest
2. Add all the other ingredients
3. Mix
4. Put into Bundt tin
5. Cover with scrunched baking paper
6. Put in Varoma and steam
7. Put chocolate & oil in piping bag & seal
8. Last 10 mins of steaming time add chocolate in bag into Varoma to melt
9. Cool cake, chocolate will still be runny enough to pipe over cake!

Back from our wonderful holiday in Shetland so need to get some staples made - like bread! 🍞

The Basic Bread recipe is our go to one for a great sandwich loaf or toast 🤩
We tweak the recipe slightly so if you want to know how comment “tweak” below 👇🏻 👇🏻 👇🏻

Great results every time and using the sensor means I don’t need to go back and forward to the oven to check how it’s baking - the sensor tells me when it’s ready! 👍

🌯 Today we’re making Flour Tortillas — or “wraps” as most of us know them!

What I love about this recipe is its simplicity ❤️
Just 5 ingredients:
✔️ Flour
✔️ Salt
✔️ Baking powder
✔️ Oil
✔️ Water

Compare that to many shop-bought wraps, which can contain a long list of added ingredients and preservatives.

The best part?
This recipe made 16 wraps for less than £1 💰
A supermarket pack of 6 wraps can cost around £1.80.

Making your own is not only budget-friendly, but it’s also great knowing exactly what’s going into your food 😊

Perfect for lunches, picnics, packed lunches or quick dinners 🌞
