One of my lovely regulars came in and bought me flowers and another got Violet a cookie, after hearing her crying as big brother accidentally ate her one!

My beautiful tree is up for sale.
It’s roughly 2.6 metres tall. It has 16 branches that are interchangeable. I have the pale pink cherry blossom, red acer leaves and variegated holly and berry leaves, which all come with the tree. It sits in a large square stone pot that is filled with sand and stones to weigh it down. All of it comes with it.

Happy New Year everyone! 🎉
I hope you’ve all had a wonderful break with your loved ones, and that 2026 brings you everything you’re hoping for.

Sorry for the radio silence — I took a very well-deserved break over Christmas and New Year.

The good news is the shop reopens this Wednesday and we’re starting our huge closing-down sale.
Mostly everything in the shop will be 20% off, including Easter stock, autumn stock, and the last of what’s left from Christmas (after an amazing December, most Christmas items have now sold out!).

We’ll also be selling most of our furniture and fittings, so if there’s anything you’re interested in, please let me know.

Thank you so much for all the love, support, and kind messages — they’ve truly meant the world to me. While closing the business was a very difficult decision, it’s one I’ve made peace with, and I’m hopeful that 2026 will bring new challenges and opportunities.

This isn’t an easy post to write 💔😭, but after five unforgettable years, it’s time to close the doors at Levere. My heart is heavy, and I’m truly heartbroken and gutted that it’s time to say goodbye to something I’ve poured so much love into.

From starting in a room at home, to a warehouse shop, and finally my beautiful shop on the High Street, Levere has been more than a business – it’s been a dream, a safe space, and a place full of memories. And it’s all been because of YOU.

Times have been incredibly tough for independents. Crippling costs, the challenge of competing with the bigger chains – it’s become impossible to keep going, despite all the love and passion poured into every corner of this shop.

If you’ve popped in for a gift, a chat, or just a moment of calm, you’ve kept this little shop alive. Every visit, every purchase, every hello has meant more than words can say.

Before the shutters come down for one last time, we have one more Christmas together. Please, please come and share it with us, and take home the pieces, gifts, and treats you’ve loved over the years.

I don’t know our official closing date yet, but expect it to be end of February - I will keep you updated.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 💛
