Big ticket flooring purchases like LVT and engineered wood aren’t something you want to be searching for the cheapest labour on 👀

With floors like these, the preparation underneath is just as important as the flooring itself.

If the subfloor hasn’t been prepared correctly, moisture levels haven’t been checked, or the wrong products have been used… problems can show up later down the line.

And the harsh reality is if the installation hasn’t been carried out to manufacturer guidelines, any future claims or refunds are very unlikely to be approved.

A good fitter isn’t just charging to “lay a floor”.
You’re paying for experience, correct preparation, product knowledge and a finish that’s built to last 🤝

Just look at this recent install completed for customers needing a super quick turnaround before move in day 🏡✨

They chose a thicker, softer carpet for the bedrooms, but didn’t want that same feel on the stairs & landing. We colour matched the bedrooms as closely as possible and found a dense twist carpet instead 👀

It keeps the house flowing nicely whilst being much more practical for those high traffic areas 🙌
