Kicking Off 2025 with Purpose: A Bold Step Towards Sustainability! 🌍✨

Estilo Interiors has appointed Positive Planet as its first-ever carbon reduction partner, as they make a commitment to help tackle climate change.

As part of this partnership, Positive Planet will work with us to produce a comprehensive sustainability strategy to ensure goals are met so the Estilo can positively impact our local community and beyond.

This sustainability strategy will be informed by Estilo Interiors’ current carbon footprint - Positive Planet will provide an independent measurement of current emissions and will then work closely with the business on a plan to reduce its impact on the planet.

We're very excited to unveil the video showcase of Cushman & Wakefield's stunning new Birmingham headquarters!

As the main contractor, Estilo Interiors worked closely with Paul Tupman and the Squaredot team to turn their vision into reality.

The aim? To craft a dynamic office environment that enhances collaboration, social interaction, and focused productivity. Inspired by biophilic design principles, the space uses natural materials like wood, stone, and living plants to create a calming atmosphere, enhancing employee well-being and environmental sustainability.

The project supports 100 staff members with ergonomic desking solutions and dedicated wellness spaces, such as a mothers room and a prayer room, to address diverse workforce needs. “The Centre of Gravity” is a focal point offering a spacious break area with diverse seating and a refreshment point, promoting social interaction and relaxation.

The goal? To create a space that fosters collaboration, social interaction, and focused work. Inspired by biophilic design, natural materials like wood, stone, and living plants we used to create a calming, sustainable environment that supports well-being.

The office supports 100 staff members with ergonomic desking, wellness spaces, and dedicated rooms for meternity and prayer room, addressing the diverse needs of the workforce.

A standout feature, “The Centre of Gravity,” offers a spacious break area with diverse seating and a refreshment point, perfect for socialising and relaxation. We’re proud to have achieved an “Excellent” CCS rating for sustainability and efficiency.
