Celebrating a Proud Moment! 🎉🦁🎨
Huge congratulations to my incredibly talented 6-year-old student, Iyla Mandair, on being selected for the Longlist in the prestigious Sketch for Survival Junior international art competition by Explorers Against Extinction! 🌍🩵
Iyla’s beautiful snow leopard artwork has been recognised alongside entries from young artists around the world—a wonderful achievement at just 6 years old. Her creativity, observation, and passion for wildlife have truly shone through.
As an art teacher, moments like these remind me why I love nurturing young artists and encouraging them to use art as a voice for conservation and positive change.
I am so proud of you, Iyla! Wishing you the very best for the next stage of the competition. 💙🐆

🎨✨ Kids & Parents Painting Workshop – What a Beautiful Day of Creativity! ✨🎨
We had the most wonderful time at our recent painting workshop where creativity truly brought everyone together! 💚
Our talented young artists created stunning northern lights masterpieces filled with vibrant greens and bold pink skies 🌄 — and the best part? Parents rolled up their sleeves and joined in the fun too!
It was so heartwarming to see families painting side-by-side, laughing, learning, and making memories together. From mixing colors to adding those final brush strokes, every moment was filled with joy, connection, and creativity.

✨ What an incredible journey! ✨ Honored to have assisted international mural artist in bringing to life the enormous mural at Moseley Baths. 🌊🎨

This wasn’t just about painting — it was about perseverance:
* working out in rainy, windy English weather 🌦️
* trying spray paints for the first time 🎨
* completing the entire mural with only spray paints and large acrylic pens 🖌️
* using wooden planks to get straight lines with spray paint 📏
* countless times moving plywood sheets to shield from rain and wind 🪵
Every obstacle became part of the story, and now the mural stands tall as a testament to creativity, resilience, and teamwork.
