Taking it slow and trying to get back into the swing of things. I don’t know the last time I posted just one image! This corner always brings joy 💖

Ad. I have been DREAMING of this for years and years and it’s everything I could have imagined! The Townhouse checkerboard flooring from has entirely transformed our new build hallway and new kitchen, giving the space so much more character and interest.

The floor is so hard wearing and has been great with the cat and pretty constant stream of guests we’ve had this summer. It’s a dream to clean, and feels sooo good underfoot.

We debated going square or diamond with the pattern - diamond was a lot more work but I gin it was so worth it - what do you think?

We reused quite a few things from our old kitchen, does anything look familiar?

Ad. Matching my bedding to my kitchen to my laundry detergent >>>

This year I have been on a mission to reduce plastics and toxins in our daily lives, small changes such as using glass tupperware only and plastic free dish sponges. What I didn’t realise was how much plastic and animal fats we have in our laundry detergents and conditioners! So glad to have switched to who are not only free of microplastics, vegan and safe for pets, but they also smell incredible!!! My fave scent is Date Night 🍓🫧🫐💫 I’d love to hear yours?
