Bead Savvy If you Bead – Bead Savvy! Bead Savvy is an independently owned, family run business in Bearwood in Birmingham.

Our website means that our full stock range is also available to purchase online for delivery anywhere in the world. We offer a wide range of beads, charms, findings, threading materials, adhesives, tools and storage options to meet the needs of everyone from the casual hobbyist to the small commercial producer. As well as offering everything you need to make your pieces, we also offer a range of

different workshops and parties to introduce you to different techniques and materials. These are tailored to a variety of ages and abilities so that there is something for everyone from the complete new starter to the more experienced crafter looking to add another technique to their repertoire. Well folks, although we had stopped trading on the 4th April, I've now handed the keys back to the landlord.

As this is our last post, there's a few people I want to thank for their time over the last 6 years.

Emily Thacker for helping with initial research for fixtures and fittings, and for the design and layout of both the market and the Abbey road premises, plus pretty much single handedly building and decorating both.

Mike Allen for his help on the build of the market and for ferrying all the materials there.

Merna Kincaid and Stuart Hall for their help with building the Abbey Road premises and for bringing many many tools along to help speed up the build.

Andrew Perry for helping to transport all of the stock and fixtures from the market to the Abbey Road shop when we switched premises.

And of course thankyou again to all of our customers over the years. I hope you keep on beading.

Big announcement folks. All remaining stock has now been bought by one customer, as such our doors are now closed apart from cleaning etc.

All furniture is now also bought or accounted for.

So while it looks like we still have a shop, it's now officially closed to the public while I wrap up all of the loose ends.

Again, thank you to all of our customers over the last 6 years.

To all of our customers, I am sorry to inform you that Bead Savvy will be closing. I have been presented with an opportunity that I simply cannot pass up and so while I will be sad to see it go, I am also excited to move on to pastures new.

There will be reductions of up to 50% off everything starting today (Wednesday 21st March), so please take advantage of our closing down sale and stock up on beads, findings, cords, ribbons, charms etc while you can. The sale will continue through to our final day, Saturday 7th April.

This will all be in store only as I will be switching off online ordering today.

Please also note that we will be closed Thursday 22nd March for a funeral.

It's been an incredible 6 years and I thank you all for your custom and support, I will miss you all.

Apologies all, I'm having to close early today as of 1.40pm, to assist with a relative coming out of hospital.

Bead Savvy will be open again tomorrow as normal.

We will be open up to and including Saturday 23rd December. We will then close over Christmas and new year, and we will re-open on Wednesday 3rd January.
