Different bit of glass today that we have been waiting on manufacture in the old way blown and curved by a specialist glass company in Yorkshire on a job that was just about completed a month or so ago, it was a head scratcher working out how to measure the glass to get it made but with advice from the glass company and three old heads arguing a bit whilst measuring we got it right and it in all done and dusted like new and now Toughened heads up to Manor woodcraft for making the angled sections the old school way !! As always perfect!

I did the travel today for YTR and left the lads Dan Marc and Adam having a four mile trip to work in Wolsingham Weardale!! So it was up early and 100 miles to sunny Whitehaven today to repair an apartment sliding sash window on the slipway at the harbour! This is where you dip your wheel on a push bike if you’re doing the coast to coast charity bike ride! Been here twice before doing that and too old now !! The van van way more easy!! New timber sill section fitted and new bottom rail and painted to get the apartment ready for resale.
