We are looking for experienced, professional new build painters & decorators who take genuine pride in their work and consistently deliver a high-end finish.
We operate to strict standards clean plots, snag-free handovers, and professionalism at all times. If quality matters to you, you’ll fit in well here.

🔹 Essential Requirements:
Proven new build site experience (essential)
Full driving licence & willing to travel
Own tools / full kit
Strong eye for detail
Clear communication skills
Able to work efficiently alongside other trades
Professional attitude and reliability

✨ A Real Pinch-Yourself Moment ✨

Almost 10 years ago, I took a big leap of faith working out of the back of a van, putting in 18-hour days, and asking people to take a chance on me.

Fast forward to today… we now have a team of around 30 amazing people who we can trust and rely on every single day. Together, we’re pushing forward and striving to be better each year. 🙌

This week, we hit another milestone: we’ve moved into our new office space! What used to be a storage basement has been completely transformed into a place we’re proud to call home. 🏡✨

We couldn’t have done it without the support of two incredible local businesses:
💪 Tim Griffiths at TRG Joinery – for his brilliant skills and hard work building the space.
🎨 Kate at Squiggly Ink – for creating the most beautiful hand-painted mural we could have wished for.

Supporting local talent is something we really believe in, and we’d recommend them both to anyone.

Wow what can I say! We have just finished one of the most rewarding jobs since business began.

The Swan in Cheltenham gave us the opportunity to transform the front of their beautiful pub / restaurant.

Massive thank you to TRG Joinery & R Tyler Roofing for their hard work and quality on this project.

The biggest thank you goes to our decorator Craig who has only been working for the business for 12 months but has overseen the project from start to finish 🌟
