I’m at a new venue this weekend with Nial from the Knotted Trees, hosted by Memory Lane Fairs.

Imperial Hotel, North Promenade Blackpool. FY1 2HB. 12th July 11am till 4pm

I won’t have any finished pieces of Blackpool. Thought it might be of interest to show you my start process. This is the initial sketch, using the Big One as a back drop. (similar to my hill profiles). I’ll digitise this, or something similar, play with the composition, colours and detail and see where it takes me.
