Right… we’re officially terrible at keeping the socials updated 🙈

It’s been full-on with jobs, quotes and running around like headless chickens – which is a good problem to have – but it does mean posting takes a back seat sometimes.

We’ve got loads of recent work to show you and we’ll be sharing it soon 👀

Also, sorry if we’ve been a bit slow replying to messages. We’re getting through them all. If you’re waiting and want to bump your message up, feel free to send another one – no offence taken!

Appreciate you all supporting KR Carpentry 🔨🤍

Merry Christmas from KR Carpentry 🎄

Apologies if I haven’t got back to messages as quickly as usual — it’s been an extremely busy run-up to Christmas. We’re now signing off for the festive period and spending some much-needed quality time in France with family.

Thank you so much to all our customers for the continued support throughout the year — it genuinely means a lot.

Messages will still be monitored and replied to as soon as possible, and we’ll be back to full business in the New Year.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎅🎄

Staircase upgrade in progress 🪜✨

Wrapping an existing staircase in oak veneer MDF to give it a fresh, modern look while keeping the original structure.

🔨 Custom-made glass is currently on order, with temporary safety panels fitted in the meantime to ensure everything remains safe until the glass is installed.

We’ll also be returning to make and fit two custom oak veneer baby gates, designed to match the staircase perfectly while adding extra safety.

A great example of how an existing staircase can be transformed with bespoke finishes and attention to detail.
