If I’d known just how many people were going to be interested in the eclipse glasses, I would definitely have ordered more! I ordered 110 thinking that would be plenty, and they still completely sold out. ☀️

I’ve had so many comments and private messages from people who missed out, so I thought I’d come up with another way for the kids to still get involved.

☀️ FREE ECLIPSE VIEWER DROP-IN 🌑
Tuesday, 12pm–4pm
Bring along one empty cereal box per viewer and I’ll provide the rest of the materials and instructions to make a simple cereal-box eclipse viewer.

While I’m waiting for my updated PVG to come through, all children will need to have a parent or responsible adult stay with them for the activity. You’ll be making the viewer together, and I’ll provide the instructions and materials.

No booking and no charge, just pop in anytime between 12 and 4pm.

I’ve seen so many people looking for solar eclipse glasses, so I’ve managed to get hold of some 🙌

They’re arriving tomorrow and will be available to collect from the shop from Tuesday.

They’re ISO 12312-2 certified solar eclipse viewing glasses and they’re £2 each.

You’re absolutely welcome to pay cash when you come in, but I can’t guarantee there’ll still be some left by then, so if you definitely want a pair, I’d recommend paying online in advance.

Following the incredibly kind response to the news of our beloved sister and auntie Jean’s passing, we felt it was only right to share her funeral details here for anyone who may wish to pay their respects.

I'm back!

The shop is open again, and I'm busy working my way through the aftermath of the move, catching up on lampshades, painting projects and everything else that's been patiently waiting for me!

Over the next few days I'll be getting everything back to the welcoming, creative space I love.
