Hi I am Mary a mum of two with a Patchwork and Quilting habit. I love all things patchwork and spend hours looking at what other people have made. I have completed a City and Guilds in Patchwork and Quilting, and now teach others all about my obsession. Patchwork Dreamer really is a dream of mine, I started out just on line but in November 2019 I moved into the real world with a cabin on the edge

of Cardinham woods. Classes and stock grew and in April 2024 I moved into the Market House Arcade in Bodmin where I have a light and airy studio for teaching and a bigger shop for lots of lovely fabric.

It’s a bit dreary in Bodmin this morning. A good day to sew. Unfortunately not for me, I’ll be writing up the new Christmas decoration class and doing boring website things. I am feeling a little smug as this morning I finally got the printer and the laptop to talk to each other again. Really why does technology put you through these hoops?

Good morning! ☕🧵
It’s a rather damp and dark start here in Bodmin this morning, and there’s definitely a little hint of autumn in the air. 🍂 I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet!
September means back to school, and Hector is joining in too. 🦔📚 His latest Hector’s Year block is out, and this month he’s heading off to school with his little pile of books. He looks rather keen… I wonder how long that will last! 😂
I’ll be in the shop today, surrounded by plenty of fabric and hopefully a little more daylight as the morning goes on.

The shop is closed today but I just wanted to up date you on this collection as I know a lot of people are waiting on it. Unfortunately there has been a delay and we are going to have to wait an extra week or two. It will be all the sweeter when it does arrive.
