Felt With Gratitude I discovered my love of felting after our beloved dog passed away and I learned how to felt so I could make his portrait.

Since then, I've realised that felting isn't just about the finished product, it's about the mindfulness, the quiet and the me-time.

✨ WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE A GO AT NEEDLE FELTING OR JUST ENJOY SOME ME TIME? ✨

I’m thinking about running some relaxed, beginner-friendly needle felting workshops locally and I’d love to see if there’s any interest before I book a venue.

No experience whatsoever is needed — I’ll talk you through everything step by step, and you’ll get to make your own little felted creation to take home. 💕

The workshops would be:
🌸 Suitable for complete beginners
🪡 All materials provided
☕ Relaxed, friendly and informal
🎨 A chance to learn a lovely, mindful craft
🎁 You’ll take home what you make

I’m thinking around £30–£35 per person, depending on the venue and what we make.

I’m currently looking at possible venues around the Bognor/Chichester area, and I’d love to know:

👉 Would you be interested in coming along?
👉 What sort of project would appeal to you?
👉 Would you prefer a weekday, weekday evening or weekend?

There’s no commitment at all at this stage — I’m simply trying to work out whether there’s enough interest to get something organised. 😊

Today, I had a little go at wet felting. I've never done it before and didn't really have the right equipment - but it was fun, and I'm fairly happy with the result so far. I don't like the white bits showing through, but I can probably add some needle felted details to improve it. It's supposed to be a sunset - my initial idea was to needle felt Saffy and Junior into it, so that will come later.
