Over the past few years I have worked with some great charities and amazing people along the way! This year I has been no different working alongside our local King's Trust.

I've enjoyed spraying again the past 12 months, especially the furniture.

In the coming weeks, I'm gonna bring spraying into my everyday paint jobs. The only thing that puts me off is that the 290 is a big unit to be dragging around domestic properties 😂.

A couple of weeks ago, I had to go to the hospital with a suspected blood clot in my leg. My knee had swollen like a balloon, and below my knee, all to my foot was blue.

Luckily, I had popped a sack in my knee, which is full of fluid (who knew that was a thing 😅), and it had gotten into my blood. Some strong tablets and all is well!

But I've now added .uk kneepads, which i wear daily! These are very comfy, and you don't even realise you're wearing them! 100% recommend these

I recently attended the Kings Trust presentation event after having one of their students complete her work experience with me. And what an eye opener it was.

Young people do have it tough today, not a lot of affordable things to do in the evenings but the rise in anxiety, and it's no surprise. The number of apps we have from ordering food, clothes, and even getting a date! There is no need to knock on for your mates.

The 12-week course puts these youths through some team building courses, overnight trips, and general life building skills.

Well, the spraymatt has really impressed me! I get it at £45 a tub, which is a little dearer than what I use for mist coating, but the coverage makes up for that!
I opted not to think as the spec says, but you can thin. I just wanted to try a spray matt straight from the tin.
