My pottery creations are functional and made to be used and celebrated daily. I am a Dorset based ceramicist. The majority of my work is made using a white stoneware porcelain and thrown on the potter's wheel. My pieces are functional and I make them to be used daily. I produce tableware to make every meal a bit more special and to enhance the eating experience. This is accomplished through their

It's SO hot in my pottery studio that this is as close as I get to handling clay. No throwing for me right now.
I did a bisque firing on Monday just to add to the heat in my unit.
These are cones that measure the heat in the kiln.
I will be focused on glazing and high firing from now until the Ellingham Show on 8 August and the Romsey Show on the Romsey Show on 12 September.
