A recent flooring project completed in Barton on Sea for a new customer who had been recommend to our services. We prepared the subfloor with a full latex smoothing compound, before installing Elements Inspirations glue-down LVT in a classic herringbone pattern, seamlessly tying the cloakroom into the existing hallway flooring.

The result: a durable, hard-wearing finish with a flawless transition between spaces

Another recent installation of Boulevard colour Seaside Oak to the hall. We uplifted and disposed of the old carpet, prepared the floor with a latex screed, and then fit this beautiful LVT stick down tile. This area is now much more low maintenance, leaving a happy customer who doesn’t have to worry about dirty shoes anymore.

This job was completed on behalf of one of our regular plumber contractors, based in Lymington. We always liaise with them, aiming to install the floor before the sanitaryware goes in place for a seamless finish without cutting the flooring around the toilet. The customer has chosen a cushion floor sheet vinyl in a white marble design. The plumber laid the plywood, and we finished from this point on: preparation nailing the floor, feather-finishing, and fully adhering the new vinyl. This will look amazing when the free standing bath is fitted in place 🛀 😍

Last week’s job was to supply and fit our new popular LVT glue down range, to a lounge and porch in Boulevard colour Rectory Oak. This tile features a bevelled edge and a registered embossed finish for that realistic wood effect look. The job involved uplift and disposal of old carpets, flooring grade plywood to the subfloor, feather finish and fitting the tiles. One happy customer followed by a lovely review 😊

We’ve just finished this new extension floor this week 😍 our customer chose Amtico Form LVT, colour Cowrie Oak. They wanted the colour to complement all the different finishes in the area, especially against the brickwork, and have to agree - it does look rather special 🤩

A herringbone floor takes patience, but is such a popular choice and we can see why! Look at all those razor-sharp edges 👌🏼 swipe to see the before, and latex so smooth and glossy it’s like a mirror ✨

This week we have been back to an existing customer’s house to extend the flooring we had previously installed in the kitchen and hallway. They were really happy with the finish and practicality of their Amtico Form herringbone pattern LVT, and wanted the same durability and style to run through into their lounge. We were able match the herringbone pattern between doorway thresholds, helping all three areas to flow continuously.
