We also have a regular Tarot Card Reader in store.

Hi everyone. Firstly I've missed you all since the shop closed. But, secondly, we will be at The Green Man Festival in Bovey this coming Saturday 😀. Please come and say hello and grab a bargain, most of our final stock will be around half price. We still have some rag rugs, baskets, clothes, books, tarot cards, kids odd socks, cushion covers and much more I think (can't remember exactly lol). Looks like it should be a nice day for it too 🌤.

Hi all, so, it's been a few weeks since our last day and I just wanted to say a couple of things. Firstly, a huge thank you to every one of our customers over the 2 years. Whether you came in and bought 1 pack of incense or spent oodles on clothes, rag rugs, artwork or dog toys, thank you!! I met some amazing people, had some interesting conversations and loved every day I was in there.

Secondly, we will have a stall at the Green Man Festival in Bovey on Saturday 25th April and it would be great to see as many of you as possible. I am also in the process of organising another mediumship evening (I will be contacting people that I have numbers for within the next week or two).

And last but not least I would like to wish John and Jo of the Toy Cupboard a massive amount of good luck for their adventure at 4 Station Road which opens tomorrow (Friday) at 10am. Please support them and make this shop a huge success.

So, it's our last day and one more wonderful memory and I have to say, possibly my favourite. A young boy loved our wooden wands but needed one to be 'just right'. So, he described, I drew and wrote and Ian produced a wand for him. His face when he held it made my day. He said it was perfect. He has been in since and came up with ideas to make my shop stay but the best bit was when he told me that when he grew up his dream was to design computer games, he then said he was going to put a shop in it called The Burrow and I would be there too!! I mean, how cool is that? Seriously makes the last 2 years totally worth it.

So, memory no 2, a woman came in and said she'd been drawn in by the wonderful smell. She hadn't known exactly what we sold at that point but was very pleased to see that we sold crystals. We had a really long chat about what was going on in her life and the problems she was having. We chatted, she cried, we hugged and she said she now knew why she had come in. She left with a smile and a 'thank you so much for being here'. She has been a regular ever since.

So, with only 3 days left, I thought I'd look back over the last 2 years and recall some of the wonderful comments that I have received from people that have walked/been drawn into my little shop....

I recall a lovely lady who said that if she was able to come in every day, even for just 10 minutes, take in the smells, the vibe and stand and gaze at our back drop everything would feel so much better. She genuinely seemed so thankful that this shop was here.

Another wonderful memory tomorrow.

I have got 3 stunning dresses and 3 men's suits that I am able to offer at half price. The dresses are all small sizes and the photo of the black one definitely does not do it justice, it looks amazing on. Don't forget last day is this Saturday.
