WIP WEDNESDAY PEOPLE!!!

Sorry it’s a long one, I wanted to show all of my extremely active wips that I have been carrying day in day out to and from the shop, yes I have been lugging the garment around daily!

New BITS new BOBS!!

Let’s get into it!!

We’ve had another top up and added two new gorgeous kits from , I’m making up the Little Mouse Makes a Wish now, it’s just gorgeous, I adore him!!

Next up we have my absolute favourites, , I can’t get enough of these gorgeous GORGEOUS buttons! it’s so hard to pick what to get every time, so I’ve started switching out every now and then so I can see them all !!!

Now onto the lovely , I was so excited when this package arrived, is it wrong of me to say this was maybe my most anticipated stockist since opening? What I forgot to picture also was their lovely lovely supersoxx sock yarn which we also have!

Another yarn topup/expansion is our , Marla has been going so well and it just looks so beautiful, after seeing Cabrito in another shop I just had to get my hands on some, and it’s so flipping lovely!

And last but by no means least is another top up / add on from !! Always adore this wool, it’s a struggle to not take it all home with me!!

Books galore! We’ve had a load of new (to us) books hit the shelves today! 7 crochet books, 6 knit books and 5 various craft books, including a needle felting book!

Forgive the Dolly Parton, it only seemed right for a post about books. 💖

WIP Wednesday! I’ve got a few things on the go (and this isn’t all of them 🫣) but here’s just a little sneaky peaky at what my “main” projects are

Clover Sweater by using a mix of Bio Balance, Brushed Alpaca and Soft Kidsilk

Basic 4ply Socks by using Opal Mixtape

Into the Wild by using Woodnote and some MoWool

Kits Galore!!!!!

We have had a restock of some old favourites and some new kits hit the shelves these past couple of weeks!!

We now have 10 cross stitch kits from Cotton Clara !! Super fun to make, easy to do, great instructions and they look effective too

We’ve also had a stonker of a top-up from Corinne Lapierre ! Adding 6 new felt kits to our selection, they’re just the sweetest kits and look incredible!

Maybe not kits but one of my favourites, we’ve added 5 new East End Press garlands to the stock, some nice autumnal ones ready for the changing season!

Last but certainly not least, we’ve introduced some embroidery kits and a new felt kit from Stephanie Carswell 🧵 Craft Kits for Beginners 🧶 ! These are brilliant to get you going with embroidery, and the felt kit is just perfect for Autumn!

Who doesn’t want one of these beautiful little Herdy’s in their flock? 😍 well YOU can make one!

At Stitches this coming Sunday 2nd August, the Mad Ruggers are coming to lead a workshop in needle felting your very own Herdwick Sheep using pure wool fleece!

The workshop runs from 2:30pm til 5:30pm, all of your materials are included! The link to book is in our bio!
