Kitchen and Utility Room completed a couple of weeks back 😍.

5mm coat of latex smoothing compound applied over ceramic tiles before installing Tromso LVT Gluedown in Herringbone pattern fitting tight to skirtings.

Hallway, Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen installed in Distinctive LVT.

Uplift and disposed of existing Carpet and Vinyl. Plyboard cut and fixed to the Lounge, Dining Room and Hallway with a coat of latex applied to the Kitchen.

🔎 Universal Distinctive - ‘Nimbus Cloud’.

This tile is also available in a smaller Herringbone sized plank.

No uplift/disposal required this time around, just a 3mm coat of latex smoothing compound throughout before installing in Herringbone fitting pattern without a border.

Deep fill latex using aggregate chippings followed by a further 3mm coat applied due to the varying floor levels.

Lounge, Hallway and downstairs WC installed in Herringbone pattern with a big Kitchen/Diner installed in straight lay fitting pattern in wide/long plank of the same colour.
