I’m looking for a new place to grow 💐

I’m putting the feelers out for a small piece of land in or around Bradford on Avon that I could rent on a long-term basis to grow my flowers.

I currently grow on a 10m × 25m allotment plot, which I took on when growing flowers was still only a casual thing for me. Cicely Flowers has grown quite a bit since then, and I’d love to find a more permanent growing space for the next chapter.

I’m looking for around 500m² (roughly 20m × 25m).

It doesn’t need to be an existing growing space - part of a field, an unused paddock, a large garden, smallholding or other little-used piece of land could potentially work.

Ideally, it would be:�
Relatively flat, open and sunny.
Have access to a reliable water supply�
Have reasonable access�
In or close to Bradford on Avon�
Available to rent for several years

I have a feeling this might be one of those “I know someone who knows someone…” situations.

So if you have a piece of land that might work, or know somebody who does, please send me a message - and I’d be incredibly grateful if you could share this post.

Howdy flower friends! I’m back from my little break and the flower stand is OPEN 💐

Bunches might be a little more limited than usual over the next week or so, while the flowers drink up all this lovely rain and recover from what has been a very hot and dry summer 🥵🌧️

If you’re new around here, here’s what you need to know:

🌸 All the flowers are grown by me, Alicia 🙋‍♀️, right here in Bradford on Avon
🌸 The flower stand is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 8am until dark (or sold out!)
🌸 Bunches are £15 and you can pay by cash or card

And if you need a little flower fix during the week, you can find my bunches at The Coffee Girl Monday–Friday mornings - grab some flowers with your morning coffee ☕️💐
