Just to show how colour can give such impact on even the most simplest of stamping. I've just stamped one of the Bare Trees from the Woodland Winter Whispers stamp set and used blended colours for the effect!
I'd forgot how much fun crayons are over a blended background.

Many of you have asked at the shows how to create this water effect, it’s a watercolour technique and I use our Mini Blending Brushes to create it. I’ve taught quite a few of you how to but I know it can be difficult to master so there’s now an easier way ….. Here’s the Shimmering Waves Stamp! It’s taken from a photograph of my own watercolouring, and I’ve converted it to a stamp which is repeatable.
Use it for seas, lakes, reflections. Fab when used with varying tones of inks.
