Nearly 4 years ago I made my first round cake covered in buttercream, deep down I'm a tray bake girl

For my birthday yesterday I decided to try a reciepe I found online for a Red velvet cheesecake cake, I followed the recipe to a T and the cream cheese frosting failed miserably, it was like a slip and slide so instead I turned it into a Trifle of sorts

Did it go to plan? Nope,
Did frosting go EVERYWHERE? Yup 😶‍🌫️
Did it taste good though? Yes!

When your friends business have their 2nd birthday so you make the compulsory 'snacks' to keep them going on their open days 😅

I didn't really intend for the cookie pie to weigh over 3kg but sometimes you need a sugar rush 🫠😶‍🌫️
