All linked together for the foxtail chain, slightly underestimated the number of links’s I had made, thinking there were only 183, to count up when made to find out there are 242 links in total… length before going through a draw plate is 19 1/2” so will use a draw plate to round off edges … it will be a necklace when all finished…
This is what I get up to when I’m not at work or making in my workshop …

It’s been 2 yrs to getting around to sorting 2 chopping boards out for Samuel Chamberlin, being that when I got the 2 pieces of Holm Oak or Evergreen Oak they were still green.. so they have been in my workshop drying out.. anyway I got to it, sealing the splits in the timber with super glue to make sure they didn’t split anymore, routered the edges with a bullnose bit and drilled in a handle each end, belt sanded it all smooth, and given several coats of Chestnut Food Safe Oil, and laser engraved my logo in… they went off to there new homes today… enjoy them Sam….
