Here is a date everyone should remember
Sunday, eighth day of December
Alongside the river Usk
At the Promenade Brecon
Its for a very good cause
You’ll enjoy it we reckon
There’s a choir, goody bags, lots of prizes
Festive activities full of surprises
Register at ten thirty, it will be fun
12 noon start of the run
Buy a ticket, make a donation
The name of the game, awareness, appreciation
‘Mental Elf’ day will be simply amazing
