I have two main loves - riding my Harley Davidson motorbike and sewing. I have been sewing since I was in my teens - taught by my lovely mum who trained as a dressmaker from the age of 14. Over the years I have made clothes for myself and my children and learned how to knit and crochet. Working really got in the way of taking on larger projects so retiring to Ireland in 2012 gave me all the time I

needed to really start to sew and this is where I discovered quilting. I moved back to the UK in late 2020 and now live in Somerset.
