A serene new addition to a Hove renovation: This garden sauna creates a tranquil retreat - a place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Clad in blackened timber, the exterior contrasts beautifully with the warm pine interior, while the surrounding landscaping completes the calm, cohesive setting.

The sauna sits beside a garden studio, also designed by our team, forming part of a wider transformation of the property. An outdoor shower and ice bath complete the wellness experience.

The sauna itself is by , seamlessly integrated into our overall design vision by contractor

We are thrilled to have received an award at the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards last week for our Warbleton project. We were recognised with a Highly Commended award in the Small Scale Residential category.

This is what the judges said:
“A good restoration and perfect conversion of an historic pub. High attention to detail. The retrofitting works well considered and appropriate, sensitively and thoughtfully. 10/10 for the retrofit. The building fits the brief perfectly. The owners have a very comfortable home. Preserved element of the building's history and character in a professional way.”

The spring sunshine has us thinking back to this Wimbledon project: Tucked beneath a private home, a subterranean pool is anchored by a robust concrete structure, forming the backbone of a serene, sun-drenched retreat complete with an intimate pool and secluded sun deck.

Strategically placed clerestory windows rise above ground level, bathing the space in natural light while preserving a sense of privacy and openness. Inspired by Peter Zumthor’s mastery of atmosphere and material, every design detail has been meticulously crafted to transform an ordinary setting into a luxurious escape.
