Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.
Duties
Manage sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries.
Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments
Maintaining and updating records
Preparing quotations, deposit invoices and invoices.
Liaising with suppliers, clients and subcontractors.
Scheduling deliveries, installation dates and measure services.
Assisting delivery drivers with deliveries
Maintain shop cleanliness
Organise and maintain files, documents, and databases to ensure easy access to information.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience in the flooring industry ( added bonus)
Previous retail experience (added bonus)
Strong communication skills .
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to problem solve
Proficient in Microsoft office
Good Customer Service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please Note
This is a maternity cover job role, for 10 months but with the possibility of extending for part time/full time position.
