Article out today, definitely worth a read, it’s so important that we stop these toxic chemicals being put in our furniture and bedding as they do more harm than good. I don’t talk about my vertigo on here but I did talk to i news about it as there are many unexplained chronic conditions that people suffer from, are these chemicals the cause? Thank you to and for getting this talked and written about. 🙏❤️

Please have your say at www.eco-chair.co.uk/add-your-name link in bio. The consultation ends tomorrow, Tuesday 24th October so now really is the time or we will be left with these harmful chemicals impacting everybody’s wellbeing. Please help, sign your name and spread the word. Thank you. 🙏🙏🙏

This was written in 2007, the US has now changed their fire regulations to get rid of such harmful chemicals. Despite all this evidence, our Government doesn’t want to follow the same example. I have suffered from dizziness and balance issues since starting in upholstery, could this be why, despite having had many tests there is currently no other explanation? Please sign the open letter before Tuesday 24th October, it’s so important. Link in bio, www.eco-chair.co.uk. 🙏

Government legislation on fire regulations in furniture is changing. Instead of removing them, they are going to make it harder to reuse vintage furniture with more going to incineration. Despite the obvious waste this will release huge amounts of carbon and chemicals into the atmosphere. Please read the recent Guardian article on how these chemicals have also been found in marine life. They have a huge impact on all our health as they are leaking out of our furniture as you read this. They are not necessary to maintain fire safety, the UK is one of the few who are not adopting new fire safety methods which are successful in other parts of the world and don’t require these chemicals. There will be less vintage furniture, reupholstery will cost more as chairs will no longer be just recovered but will have to be stripped back to the frame or incinerated. Please don’t ignore this as it is already impacting you and will more in the future. Please please add your name on the www.eco-chair.co.uk website, link in bio, it will only take a few seconds and read more about it and who are both working so hard to change this. Deadline is 24th October 2024! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
