Memory Keepsake Bear! Now gone off to its new home 🧸💖

Before making this bear, I created a mock up with the client’s chosen fabrics to check placement and the finished look. This actually inspired us choosing not one, but two scarves, which I made into miniature versions from actual scarves! 😄 Alongside this, I made a tiny waistcoat which looks adorable with each of the accessories 🥰
Not only do I love making the bears, I also love meeting the nicest people to make them for whilst we collaborate with our designs 💖

Quilted Patchwork Memory Cushions & Scrunchies!
This sentimental gift order was made from lots of different pairs of jeans. Each cushion was made with a slightly different patchwork arrangement, quilted and lined with a contrasting fabric on reverse. The little denim scrunchies are another special way to keep those precious memories close 💙💙

For the bear I was asked if I could make a teeny tiny actual version of a favourite polo shirt! So I got on to it… Ta Da a little bear version, even the collar is actually the original collar - just miniaturised 🥰

Then on to the shirt cushion, all made for a lovely returning customer.

Custom Order Memory Bear 🧸🤎
I’ve had the absolute privilege to create this very special memory keepsake bear that I can now share with you.
Starting with a personal consultation, then on to design process which gave the client an idea how the finished bear will look whilst we were deciding which fabrics to use. Next, on to carefully stitching and bringing our ideas to life, and finally being able to present the finished bear to the client. All this in itself is an amazing process! But then, I get beautiful feedback from the family! 🥲
This has to be one of the most heart warming jobs ever! And I Just Love it !!

Memory keepsake Bears with clothes! 🧸
So excited to share this one !!
This is the last of the four from the family of special bears along with the memory cushion as well. (Check out all the pics! )

Another 15” bear with collar and waistcoat ! However, I couldn’t resist re-creating a miniature version of the beautiful zipped cardigan that held very special memories 💖.
After much deliberation, and re-designing the pattern to accommodate the original zip, I went for it! Some pliers and a whole while later a tiny zip and tiny cardigan was reconstructed 😅

I have to say - This is one of the most rewarding jobs! I get to meet the nicest people and get to be trusted to re-create sentimental clothes in to sentimental bears 🐻🐻‍❄️🐼 giving back a little something to cuddle. 🤎❤️ (after their photo shoots of course, in which the bears are always very well behaved !🥰)

All the new removable accessories I make will get added to the website, and the prices will reflect the time it takes to lovingly re-construct each piece.
