The Stitching Seal

The Stitching Seal Handmade modern crochet items, including commissioned pieces, made with love If these are ever used they will be clearly labelled on my page.

Hi and welcome to the Stitching Seal, thanks for taking the time to have a look at my page. Just a few things I'd like to let you know-
I make all my items myself, by hand using mainly acrylic and man-made fibers. I dont usually crochet using wool or natural furs, purely because of my own ethical beliefs. I create all my items at home. I have a smoke free household but I do have pets. Whilst every

effort is made to ensure pets are kept away from my items, I only have limited space to live and work in. If you have allergies, I would advise you wash any items you purchase before using them. I dont wash items I make before selling them as people also have allergies to certain washing liquids. If you have any questions or queries please feel free to get in touch. Simarlarly, if you're looking for something specific which you can't find available on my page then you're welcome to request items made-to-order and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. Again, thank you for visiting my page, please feel free to like and share as much as you fancy.

As anyone who does any kind of crafting knows, you tend to accumulate a lot of supplies over the years. In crochet, we usually refer to these supplies as our stash- partially used balls of yarn that are too small to make anything substantial from but to large to just throw away. Or that odd ball of yarn you purchased because it looked pretty, or so that you were absolutely sure you had enough of it to finish a larger project.

Well, my stash has grown a lot over the years so ive decided its time to use some of it!

I've made a start on a stash-busting project- a blanket which should use a large amount of my blues, some greens, some purples and plenty of my white or light yarn.

If I were to make some stash-busting projects for sale (blankets, baskets, maybe even the odd cardigan?!?) would anyone be interested?

These fish in a jar were my latest makes for an aquatic themed event a couple of weeks ago. They were very popular (maybe because they require so little maintenance compared to live fish ๐Ÿ˜„) so I only have 3 left in stock! Now the question is, do I make more?
